The residential house for 346 apartments in the residential complex “Vozrozhdenie” has been delivered

(KZN.RU, November 28, Alsu Safina). Another house in the residential complex “Vozrozhdenie” on Pavlyukhin Street, №110g, in Kazan has been delivered. About half of the 346 apartments belong to shareholders of the “Fon”. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated them on their new homes.

A few years ago, the houses of “Vozrozhdenie” were part of the neighboring residential complex “Symphony”, the construction of which was started in October 2012 and then stopped due to the bankruptcy of the developer OOO “Fon-Riviera”. In 2016, the three houses of this problematic residential complex were removed from the contract with the “Fon” and transferred to the construction company “Briz”. In the autumn of the same year, the work began at the facilities. The first of three houses at Rothornaya Street, №27, was delivered in February of this year, a few months earlier than planned.

A 4-section residential house with built-in non-residential premises on Pavlyukhin Street, №110g, was the second object delivered to the residential complex “Vozrozhdenie”. In just 1.5 years, a house appeared from the scratch. The house sections have 14, 18, and 20 floors. The area of apartments was 20187.1 sq. m.

The head of the city assessed two apartments on the seventh floor of the house, where, as in all the others, a base construction was made. Ilsur Metshin also saw apartment heat meters for hot and cold water installed at the site. “10 years ago, we saw this only abroad and thought it was impossible. And today this is a mandatory requirement when delivering a house”, noted the Mayor.

During the inspection, the Mayor discussed the arrangement of access roads to residential complexes with Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, and Igor Kulyazhev, the deputy head of the Executive Committee and the chairman of the Committee for External Improvement. 131 parking spots have been prepared on the territory of the residential building, the rest is provided in the multi-level parking under construction for 326 parking spaces. In addition, landscaping and gardening have been completed here, a playground has been set up, as well as physical exercise and recreation areas. There is a kindergarten №156 with 140 places near the house. Also, the land is reserved for the construction of the school.

At a meeting with future tenants of the house, the Mayor of Kazan noted that now they went from deceived shareholders to newcomers, and a difficult path was crossed to solve the situation.

“We assessed the quality. 160 apartments from 346 belong to shareholders. A journey of thousand miles begins with a single step. Step by step, we go to the goal. At the beginning of the year, the first house of the residential complex was delivered, now this one”, said I. Metshin. He added that the delivered house was the result of the teamwork of Azat Nigmatzyanov, the construction company “Briz”, and others. “I hope that on this sunny day, your heart is also warm”, said the Mayor.

Shareholders thanked the head of the city for the fact that the long-awaited event for them finally happened. “We understand that without the participation of the city authorities there would not be today's event”, one of the equity holders Inna said.

The construction of the third building of the residential complex “Vozrozhdenie” is carried away now. It is expected to be delivered next year. Along with this, the construction of a 180-apartment house on Rotornaya Street in the residential complex “Symphony” has been completed with the participation of the “Briz”, works are underway on the third and fourth houses.

This morning, the situation with other problematic objects of the deceived shareholders was discussed at the field meeting with the participation of Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee. Thus, the company “Ak Tash” carries out plastering, electrical installation works, as well as work on the installation of low-current networks, and preparations for building a heating system in the house №1 of the residential complex “Molodyozhny”. The brickwork is underway in the second house.

The heating was launched in the first block of the house on Chistopolskaya Street, №68/1. In addition, there are also works on the ventilation facade.

The field meetings with representatives of contractors, network companies, and shareholders will continue on a weekly basis.
