(KZN.RU, November 29, Ksenia Shvetsova). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, held a personal reception of citizens at the Executive Committee of the Kazan local branch of United Russia. The citizens asked about the construction of a sports ground, the repair of a road in the Kadyshevo Settlement the overhaul of a house on Krasnaya Positsiya Street, as well as the queue for pre-school institutions.
41-year-old Liliya Gazieva lives on Nazarbaev Street in the Vakhitovsky district. She asked the head of the city to build a basketball and volleyball ground on the territory of school №13. As explained by Andrey Lobov, the head of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts’ administration, there is a hockey pitch in the neighborhood but no sports ground. “We need to include construction of the site for next year. We must provide children with all conditions for doing sports”, emphasized I. Metshin. “The program for next year has not yet been formed. If there is an order, we will try to do everything as soon as possible”, answered A. Lobov and added that the construction of the ground will be planned for 2019.
Olga Ryazanova, a resident of the Kadyshevo Settlement, started the conversation with the head of the city with thanks. She noted that in recent years, the town where she lives for more than 30 years has changed a lot. “I love my village very much, and I am glad that it has changed so much in the last 5-6 years. A kindergarten was built, there is a wonderful rural club with different sections, concerts are held, a library, two years ago they built a district police house”, said O. Ryazanova. She added that for all the advantages, an out-patient clinic needs repairs, patients get cold there in winter. According to Timur Alibaev, the head of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts’ administration, this problem will soon be solved. This year, a new gas boiler will be installed in the medical institution and windows will be replaced. Thanking for the development of infrastructure in the settlement, Olga Ryazanova asked to repair the road. “The residents of Novaya Street ask for the repair of the road. Pensioners live there, former employees of the state farm. It’s hard for them to get walk without good roads”, she said.
“Come to think of it, have any roads been built there for the last 5-6 years?” asked I. Metshin. “Yes, roads are constantly being built. This year, a part of Shkolnaya Street was done, we have a good road along Sovetskaya Street and Chapaev Street. And there are no questions with institutions, but the roads are always a problem. We understand that we are not the only ones”, noted O. Ryazanova.
“Next year we will try to make this road, we will include it in the road overhaul program. In general, the renewal of settlements is our old dream. Previously, the settlement was far behind the city. In the last 5-6 years, thanks to the support of our President, we were able to change a lot in this direction. We always say that Kazan citizens should not feel the difference where they live on Fuchik Street, on Amirkhan Prospect or in Kadyshevo, everywhere should be comfortable. And the fact that you see these changes is very valuable for us, it means that we are on the right path”, said the Mayor.
Leisan Khusaenova, a resident of the residential complex “Salavat Kupere”, addressed the head of the city with the problem of queues in kindergartens. She said that even before moving to a new apartment in a residential complex, she stood in a queue at kindergarten №133, and when a place was allocated to a child, the family had not yet moved. During the year, she took her child to kindergarten in “Salavat Kupere” from another district of Kazan in order not to lose a place in kindergarten. After moving to a new apartment, this problem was solved, but another one appeared. The place has not yet been allocated for her second son, who is now 3 years old. “He goes with to the other end of the city me every day for an hour. If there is any possibility, then please help”, L. Khusaenova addressed the Mayor.
Sergey Mironov, the head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration, said that at the moment, the priority for kindergartens in the “Salavat Kupere” is 500 children. This residential complex is a priority for the construction of new preschool institutions. Next year, it is planned to build 10 new kindergartens for 1990 places in Kazan. According to the head of the district, 3 institutions will be built in the “Salavat Kupere”, they are planned to be opened by the beginning of the school season in 2019.
However, a place in the kindergarten for the family will be allocated earlier. Ilnar Khidiyatov, the head of the Department of Education, said that one place will open in the kindergarten №133 in the summer of next year. “Within the framework of new recruitment, from June, it will be possible to enroll in this kindergarten. We will have leavers out of kindergartens №133 and 134, in April, enrolling will begin in those institutions”, said I. Khidiyatov.
Saying goodbye to the Mayor, L. Khusaenova thanked him for the development of the infrastructure in the “Salavat Kupere”. “We moved there two years ago, of course, a lot has changed and in a year. The infrastructure is developing, I really like it”, she said.
“When the district was just being built up, we immediately sought to ensure that it was adapted for living, so that various services were available. Thanks to our President, the State Housing Fund, for hearing us. We will build both schools and kindergartens. We are closely monitoring this and will continue to develop the neighborhood”, said I. Metshin.
The 62-year-old Kausariya Nikolayeva, who lives on Krasnaya Positsiya Street in the house №29a, built in 1967, addressed the head of the city with a question about the overhaul of a residential building. Roman Fatkhutdinov, the head of the Sovetsky district’s administration, explained that the house was included in the overhaul program for the next year. “We are working according to plan. There are 3 houses in this micro-district, we repaired one in 2016, finish work at the other this year, and another one will be repaired next year”, said the head of the Sovetsky district answering I. Metshin's question about the pace of capital repairs.
At the end of the meeting, the Mayor promised Kausariya Nikolaeva that next year her house would be renewed and wished her health and long life.
