Ilsur Metshin congratulated Ildus Mostyukov on his 90th birthday

Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated Ildus Mostyukov, the chairman of the charity organization “Heroes of Tatarstan”, an Honorary Citizen of the city, on his 90th anniversary at the City Hall today. Ilsur Metshin handed him the letter of gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan.

“On this sunny day, on behalf of the citizens, I want to congratulate you on a beautiful date and say thank you for what you did for the city”, said the Mayor. “You are doing a lot of work in terms of educating the younger generation as chairman of the NGO “Heroes of Tatarstan”. You are always in the forefront, always with us”.

The head of the city gave him a memorable gift, the Cup, symbolizing the Family Center “Kazan”. “Let your family cup be full of health and well-being for many years! Ildus Mostyukov is a Hero of Socialist Labor, a Candidate of Technical Sciences, an Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the RSFSR, an Honorary Radio Operator of Russia, the author of more than 100 published scientific works on special topics, including 24 copyright certificates for inventions.

A graduate of the Kazan Aviation Institute started his work biography with the dispatcher on duty of the power system of the RU “Kazenergo”. He passed the way from an engineer to the head of the State Union Special Design Bureau N294 of the USSR Ministry of Aviation Industry. From 1962 to 1988, he was the general designer of the Union significance for systems and means of state identification, the director of the Kazan Electrophysical Institute (SRI “Radioelectronics”). Since 1999, he heads the public charitable organization “Heroes of Tatarstan”.

Ildus Mostyukov was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor in 1980 for the creation of a single combined-arms system of state radar identification “Svoi-chuzhoi” and its means. This work is also noted by the Lenin and State Prizes of the USSR. The Institute, headed by I. Mostyukov, was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.

In different years, Ildus Mostyukov was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the medal “In Memory of the 1000th Anniversary of Kazan”, the Order “For Services to the Republic of Tatarstan”:. Today Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, presented the Order “Duslyk” in the Government House of the RT to Ildus Mostyukov.
