(KZN.RU, December 5). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, visited the new fast food restaurant “Tubatei” in Kazan (Kremlyovskaya Street, №21). The project aimed at the popularization of the Tatar national cuisine among residents and guests of the city in the format of fast food.
Sultan Safin, the founder of the network “Tubatei”, acquainted R. Minnikhanov with the structure and assortment of the restaurant. Keeping the usual echpochmak, elesh, chak-chak in the menu, the visitors are offered to try new dishes: kystyburger, yasheltybyi, tatlybyi with pineapple, etc.
Rustam Minnikhanov made his order. The President chose yasheltybyi with vegetables, gubadia, and Tatar herbal tea. While the order was being prepared, the President of the RT inspected how the work in the kitchen was organized. Sultan Safin said that the best foreign practices for the effective development of fast food enterprises are introduced in the new restaurant. But fast does not mean harmful, he assured. Only fresh and natural products are used in cooking.
The President positively assessed the concept of the restaurant and noted that the quality of products and thematic content of the “Tubatei” can compete with the famous brands represented in this market.
“Such a format will be in demand not only in Tatarstan but also in other regions of Russia and abroad. This is a good opportunity to tell about the Tatar cuisine, our national traditions. I wish you success!” said Rustam Minnikhanov.
Asgat Safarov, the head of the Office of the President of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Vasil Shaykhraziev, the deputy prime minister of the RT and the chairman of the National Council “Milli Shura”, Albert Nafigin, an assistant to the President of the RT, Vladimir Leonov, the minister of Youth Affairs and Sports of the RT, Sergey Ivanov, the chairman of the State Committee for Tourism of the RT, Taliya Minullina, the head of the Agency for Investment Development of the RT, representatives of the network “Tubatei” in Surgut, Samara, Ulyanovsk, and Semipalatinsk (Kazakhstan) attended a presentation of the new Tatar restaurant, reports the Tatarstan Government Portal.
