(KZN.RU,
December 5). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, visited the new fast
food restaurant “Tubatei” in Kazan (Kremlyovskaya Street, №21). The project
aimed at the popularization of the Tatar national cuisine among residents and
guests of the city in the format of fast food.
Sultan
Safin, the founder of the network “Tubatei”, acquainted R. Minnikhanov with the
structure and assortment of the restaurant. Keeping the usual echpochmak,
elesh, chak-chak in the menu, the visitors are offered to try new dishes:
kystyburger, yasheltybyi, tatlybyi with pineapple, etc.
Rustam
Minnikhanov made his order. The President chose yasheltybyi with vegetables,
gubadia, and Tatar herbal tea. While the order was being prepared, the
President of the RT inspected how the work in the kitchen was organized. Sultan
Safin said that the best foreign practices for the effective development of
fast food enterprises are introduced in the new restaurant. But fast does not
mean harmful, he assured. Only fresh and natural products are used in cooking.
The
President positively assessed the concept of the restaurant and noted that the
quality of products and thematic content of the “Tubatei” can compete with the
famous brands represented in this market.
“Such a
format will be in demand not only in Tatarstan but also in other regions of
Russia and abroad. This is a good opportunity to tell about the Tatar cuisine,
our national traditions. I wish you success!” said Rustam Minnikhanov.
