Ilsur Metshin held a personal reception of citizens

(KZN.RU, November 17, Zilya Gayfi). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, held another reception of the population in the Executive Committee. Residents appealed to the head of the capital of Tatarstan with questions about the repair of roads, the gasification of settlements, and the overhaul of apartment buildings.

Anisya Sirazieva, a resident of the house №30 on Parallelno-Progonnaya Street, the head of the TSG “Kukushkino”, appealed to the head of the city with a request to repair the street Magistralnaya, which is the only road leading to the settlements Otary, Kukushkino, Staroye Pobedilovo, Novoe Pobedilovo, and Popovka. About 20 thousand people live in these settlements.

Ilsur Metshin answered that it is planned to repair the road on behalf of the President of the RT the next year. It is preliminarily included in the program of major repairs, now design works are carried out. The estimated cost of the road repairs will be 314 million rubles. Not just the roadway but storm sewage will be repaired.

The issue of overhauling apartment buildings was aroused by Gilyusa Nizamutdinova, a resident of the house №9 on Bondarenko Street. According to her, the house was not renovated since its construction in 1972.

Sergey Mironov, the head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration, said that the renovation of the house is scheduled for the next year. Ilsur Metshin asked the woman it there are any wishes for overhauling of the house and promised to take them into account.

"Next year, we'll come and see how the repairs are going on”, said the Mayor and instructed the head of the administration to meet with the residents before the start of the work and discuss all the wishes.

Gilyusa Nizamutdinova also addressed the head of the city with words of gratitude. “Personally by myself and on behalf of the residents, I express gratitude to you as to the Mayor. The city became very beautiful, the roads became better. Everything has changed Over the past 10 years”, she said. Ilsur Metshin thanked the resident for the kind words and noted that all changes in the city are for the benefit of the Kazan citizens.

The gasification of the villages is another topic raised by the citizens at the reception. “I wanted to ask for help in solving the issue of gasification of Kaenly village. There are 79 houses in the village but there are many undeveloped plots because of the lack of gas”, Ilgizar Akhmetshin, the resident of Stroiteley Street, the head of TSG “Klyki”, addressed the head of the city.

At the meeting with the Mayor, it became known that it is planned to provide gas in the village in the second or third quarter of 2018. The village was included in the gasification program according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. The design of the gas pipeline has already begun. Earlier, according to the program “Settlement”, water and electricity were already transferred to this residential area.

The Mayor of Kazan said that the questions voiced by the citizens will be carefully studied and taken into account in further work. According to him, residents' appeals are the most important reference point for the work of the authorities.
