Pyotr Korolev, first deputy head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration, was appointed to a new post

(KZN.RU, November 20, Alsu Safina). Pyotr Korolev, the first deputy head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration of Kazan, was appointed the director of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the RT. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, reported this today on the Business Monday.

“This is another example of how our personnel is in demand at the level of the republic”, said the Mayor. “Pyotr Korolev worked in various structural divisions of the Executive Committee for seven years. He came to us as an expert and went on his way to the first deputy head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration”.

According to the Mayor, the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration is still a forge of personnel when employees leave for more responsible posts. “I am confident that the experience of working on the ground will help Pyotr Korolev quickly enter the course of affairs in a new position”, marked Ilsur Metshin.

He noted that an environmental theme is relevant for any modern city. “And this is also an important priority in the work for us”, said the Mayor. “We pay great attention to the creation of a favorable ecological environment, actively interact with the Ministry of Ecology of the RT, public figures. This is a priority in our work”.

I. Metshin reminded that such goals as the building of a sustainable green framework of the city, an increase in the share of green spaces, are outlined in the Development Strategy of the capital of the RT until 2030.

Pyotr Korolev was born on June 25, 1988, in Nizhnekamsk.

In 2010, he graduated from the Kazan Federal University (as a lawyer) and the Kazan State Technological University (as an economist-manager).

He completed professional retraining in 2017 at the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the RF in Moscow (“Public Policy Specialist of the Executive Master of Public Policy (EMPP)”) and advanced training in 2016 in the Kazan Federal University (Development of the tourism and hospitality sphere).
