Ilsur Metshin: “Now you are new settlers, not deceived shareholders”

(KZN.RU, November 9, Alsu Safina). Another block of the first house was delivered in the residential complex “MChS": a two-section section D for 47 apartments. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated the shareholders of the GC “Fon” with a joyful event and told about further plans for the delivering of facilities.

The block D (the contractor of the object was the OOO “SK Stroi”) became the fourth delivered section of this house. The first three entrances to 78 apartments (the block G) were delivered before the New Year, 87 more apartments in the block A were delivered in May, and three entrances to 75 apartments in the block B – in August.

Before the meeting, the Mayor inspected one of the apartments of the block and estimated the high level of housing readiness: “There is not much left to do: to put up wallpaper and lay linoleum or parquet”. The Mayor also checked the heat in radiators. “The heat is started, everything is warmed up in advance”, said Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, who took part in the inspection of the block.

“At last, we can congratulate you on your new home!”, noted the Mayor, talking to the shareholders of the residential complex “MChS”. They didn’t hide the joy of the fact that two more entrances delivered, where their apartments are located. “One more step in solving the problems of defrauded shareholders has been made. Now you are new settlers, not deceived shareholders”, he said.

Ilsur Metshin had more good news for the audience: the block Zh was delivered along with the block D. These are non-residential premises located under a stylobate on an area of 840 square meters. In a short time, infrastructure facilities will appear in the residential complex. What exactly to locate there will be decided together with the owner of the premises taking into account the needs of the tenants of the house.

“With each visit, it is clear that not only the number of builders is increasing but the house itself looks more and more like residential one”, said the Mayor. According to him, it was different here during previous visits.

I. Metshin noted that the block B is next in line (three entrances to 74 apartments). After that, it is planned to deliver the block E. The decision on the G block is still being sought.

During the visit to the RC “MChS”, Azat Nigmatzyanov told the Mayor about the situation with the rest of the houses of the residential complex. So, the work is begun in the second house, which consists of 18 entrances, divided into 7 blocks. “The scheme of work is the same as on the first house”, noted A. Nigmatzyanov. As for the third house, the development of project documentation is currently underway.

As the Mayor noted, in general, the issue of defrauded shareholders is constantly monitored by the President of the RT and the Government of the Republic. The agreement was reached on allocating three land plots from the federal property to the republic, which will be used to solve the problems of defrauded shareholders. Provision of land to developers is designed to attract investors to the completion of problematic facilities. “The horizon is already visible. A very complex can of worms finds its solution through joint work”, said Ilsur Metshin.

Marat Samigulin, the head of Capital Construction and Reconstruction Department, Marcel Abdulkhakov, the head of the Housing Policy Department, Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetsky district’s administration, Diana Akhmetzyanova, the director of the OOO “Fon-Riviera”, Sergey Orlov, the technical director of the GC “Fon”, visited the RC “MChS” together with the Mayor.
