The new multifunctional center for public service opens in Kazan

(KZN.RU, November 9). The new multifunctional center (MFC) for the provision of state and municipal services was opened in the Moskovsky district of Kazan, on Kulakhmetov Street, №25, building 1.

R. Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, Roman Shaikhutdinov, the deputy prime minister of the RT and the minister of Information and Communication of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Artem Zdunov, the minister of Economy of the RT, and others took part in the opening ceremony.

Speaking to the participants of the event, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the MFC is a necessary structure that is aimed to provide public services to the population. According to him, efforts are being made in the republic to ensure that the population receives quality and professional services without any queues.

“This will form a positive attitude towards the authorities, help small and medium-sized businesses. Therefore, what you are doing is a good and necessary thing. Keep it up”, said the President of the RT to the staff of the MFC.

The branch of the MFC will provide citizens (individuals and legal entities) with more than 100 types of services. Services of the Rosreestr, the Tax Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Traffic Police, the Rospotrebnadzor, the Pension Fund, the Social Insurance Fund, the Registry Office, accepting applications from deceived investors for paying compensation, and many others are among them.

Rustam Minnikhanov examined the terminal of the electronic queue, guest computers “Gosuslugi.rf” and infomat, and also got acquainted with the MFC specialists' work. In particular, the President of the RT acted as a consumer of the service. He chose the service for the tax service, received a coupon for its rendering, and proceeded to the specialist's window. The head of Tatarstan asked to check whether he has debts on taxes. The MFC specialist promptly provided information: “Everything is in order, you have no debts”.

In total, 5 branches and 3 additional offices of the MFC with 267 windows in total operate in Kazan. The branches are located at the following addresses: Gagarin Street, №103 (“Zarechensky”, 23 windows), Yamashev Prospect, №82 (“Novo-Savinovsky”, 16 windows), Avangardnaya Street, №74 (“Privolzhsky”, 110 windows), Prospect Pobedy, №100 (“Yuzhny”, 18 windows), Kulakhmetov Street, №25 building 1 (“Moskovsky”, 23 windows). Additional offices of the MFC for business are located at Moskovskaya Street, №55, Peterburgskaya Street, №28, and an additional office of the branch “Yuzhny” at Prospect Pobedy №62/4.
