(KZN.RU,
September 6, Mikhail Chentsov). The teenage club will open in the Kazan village
of Zalesny on September 15 for the first time. The premises with a total area
of 180 square meters are able to simultaneously receive about 40 pupils. All
construction work is completed in the premise, located on the first floor of a
new building on Derzhavin Street, №3. A Doors Open Day will be held this
evening for the local residents. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, checked the
readiness of the club for the taking young citizens on the eve of the official
launch of the facility.
Airat
Faizov, the chairman of the Committee for Children and Youth Affairs, Sergey
Mironov, the head of Administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts,
Anatoly Nikolaev, the director of the Customer Service Department OOO
“Suvarstroit”, Airat Sitdikov, the director of the MBU “Podrostok”, and Yuliya
Kretsu, the head of the club “Vitamin”, also took part in the meeting.
Y. Kretsu
said that the developing studio will function in a club where children 1.5-3
years old can study together with their mothers. In addition, it is planned to
create a group by the type of an incomplete kindergarten, that is, parents will
leave their children for 2-3 hours a day. “Classes on choreography for children
7-9 years, vocals, rhythmics for younger children (3-4 years), and groups of
gymnastics will be held in the hall”, she noted. Also, a ski section, a group
of fitness classes for mothers, a chess and checkers room, sections of applied
art and drawing will work in the club. “I think that the club will be in demand
because the neighborhood is new and a lot of young families live here”, noted
the head of the club.
Airat
Faizov explained that the full-fledged opening of the club will take place on
September 15, then it will have his own sign and finishing works will be
completed. “The club will work at full capacity, we expect to score 140-150
children in September. Thus, there will be a worthy object in Zalesny where it
will be possible to send children and not worry about them. Tonight, when the
children return from schools and kindergartens, parents return from work, we
will do a Doors Open Day to show how everything is arranged there, how this
will all work”, explained the chairman of the Committee for Children and Youth
Affairs. He also noted that the name “Vitamin” was made up by the teachers of
the club. “They chose this name because the neighborhood is in a residential
area, where there is clean air, near the forest. “Vita” means life, “Vitamin”
means giving life, that's exactly what they decided to name the club”, said A.
Faizov.
Ilsur
Metshin highly appreciated the new club, noting that in his time, children
could only dream about such conditions. “It is important that the residents of
the Zalesny do not have to take children far. There is a school, there is a
kindergarten, and now the teenage club. Children will be able to spend their
extra time and reveal their talents”, the Mayor shared his opinion. He also
expressed some words of gratitude to the company “Suvar”, which transferred the
club's premises to the MBU “Podrostok” on terms of the gratuitous lease for a
period of 3 years.
“This is a
new form of work when investors not only build and improve housing but also
create conditions for children. I hope that this will become a good tradition
for our investors and developers to do something more than what is required”,
said the Mayor of Kazan.
A. Sitdikov
also noted the benefits of such cooperation. “This is an advantage of
public-private partnership. While maintaining public functions, we go to new
areas and moving along the path of maximum coverage of children and adolescents
in a mutually beneficial cooperation”, he said.
The head of
the city noted that each such object brings Kazan closer to the goal of
becoming the most comfortable city. I. Metshin reminded that other important
social and ecological projects are being implemented in this area, in
particular, the eco-rehabilitation of the Lebyazhie lakes system is taking
place.
In 2017, 8
teenage clubs in Kazan were repaired for a total of 43.2 million rubles, 4.4
million rubles aimed at strengthening the material base. Due to financing from
the republican budget, 10 teenage clubs in the capital of Tatarstan were
repaired in 2013-2016, the total amount of financing amounted to 86.7 million
