(KZN.RU,
August 7, Alsu Safina). The list of typical non-stationary trade objects has
been expanded to 32 projects. Another 21 projects are approved in addition to
the existing types of pavilions, said Zhanna Belitskaya, the deputy head of the
Department of Architecture and Urban Development and the head of the Department
of Urban Design, on the Business Monday. She noted that the right to decide
whether to use a standard project or develop an individual project remains with
the entrepreneur.
“We are
moving from an unsystematic trade to a civilized external design”, marked Ilsur
Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan. He noted that work in this direction has been
conducted not for the first year in close cooperation and dialogue with
entrepreneurs and together with the Department of Architecture and Urban
Development and heads of districts’ administrations.
“It is
important that all wishes are taken into account and that convenience,
aesthetics, and security are put at the forefront”, said the Mayor. “Business
is different for everyone and everyone has their own features. The increase in
the number of standard projects gives new opportunities to our partners and
entrepreneurs. We will work in this direction more civilized”. “I ask you to
continue to work and to achieve the tasks set in a close dialogue”, added I.
Metshin.
The new
list includes standard projects for specialized objects for the sale of
souvenirs, national fast food, and ice cream, which were developed at the
suggestion of business representatives. In addition, various standard projects
have been developed for non-stationary trade objects in the historical center
of Kazan, in territories with a lot of modern buildings, as well as in public
green areas.
A complete
list of standard projects is available on the website of the Department of
Architecture and Urban Development uag.kzn.ru.
“The
development of standard projects was based not only on high demands in the
external appearance, reflecting the originality of the city and modern design
trends, but also on economic feasibility”, said Zhanna Belitskaya. “All
standard projects are implementable and their average cost should not exceed
the price level of 2013, taking inflation into account”.
New
projects were selected based on the results of the last creative contest in the
winter.
