Defrauded shareholders of the “Fon” will receive the keys to 75 more apartments in the RC “MChS”

(KZN.RU, August 3, Alsu Safina). Another three entrances for 75 apartments in the first house of the problem RC “MChS” were delivered in Kazan. Tomorrow defrauded shareholders of the GC “Fon” will be able to get the keys to long-awaited apartments. “Three more entrances of the first house are delivered. That is, we made 9 entrances from 18”, said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, to the shareholders at the meeting.

For today, 240 houses out of 527 have been delivered in this house. The contractor on the delivered block was the “Tatglavinvest”.

Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, informed the Mayor that today the developer received the act of entering. Ilsur Metshin examined one of the apartments. He drew attention to the fact that housing is delivered in a high degree of readiness. “The apartments being delivered in such a condition that, if necessary, their owners will be able to move in in a month after some decoration works”, noted I. Metshin.

The Mayor also asked if six entrances, which had been commissioned earlier, had started to be populated. A. Nigmatzyanov noted that some apartments are already inhabited.

Speaking with shareholders, I. Metshin said that the documents on the remaining blocks of the first house will be submitted to the Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision Service of the RT for obtaining opinions on their compliance and permission to enter in the near future.

As for the remaining houses of the RC, I. Metshin said that a solution was found for the fifth house. This was possible due to the Decree of the President of the RT, which allows investors to participate in solving the problems of shared construction without giving up land for housing construction. The company “Ak Tash” transferred a land plot of 0.9 hectares in the neighborhood of the residential complex, not occupied by the buildings of the republican Ministry of Emergency Situations. Soon a lease agreement with the Ministry of Property of the RT will be concluded. The company will complete the construction of the fifth house of the RC “MChS”.

13.2% of the complex's apartments (or 17.5 thousand square meters) are to be transferred to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RT. It was proposed to reduce the area of housing transferred to the department up to 4 thousand square meters to improve the profitability of the residential complex so that it became more attractive for investors. Now, this issue is being discussed.

Irina Knyazeva, a shareholder of the third house in the RC, thanked Ilsur Metshin and Azat Nigmatzyanov for their support.

“We are always aware of the situation. These and other houses are our daily headache. Thank God, we are moving forward in solving the problems thanks to the support of the President of the RT and joint work with colleagues from the Government of the Republic”, summed up the Mayor.

Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetsky district’s administration, Marcel Abdulkhakov, the head of the Housing Policy Department, Marat Samigulin, the head of the Department for Capital Construction and Reconstruction, Diana Akhmetzyanova, the director of the OOO “Fon-Riviera”, also participated in the meeting.
