(KZN.RU,
August 2, Anton Nozdrin). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, inspected the
overhaul process of the children's polyclinic № 9, located at the building № 6
on Adoratsky Street in the Novo-Savinovsky district. The offices will be
renovated, air conditioning and landscaped adjoining territory will appear in a
medical facility, which is serving 18 thousand people. Due to the participation
of the clinic in the programs “Available Environment” and “Friendly
Polyclinic”, the building will be adapted for patients with disabilities. The
halls will also be expanded, comfort zones for visitors will be created, and
the flows of sick and healthy children will be separated.
Ilnur Khalfiyev,
the head of the Health Department of the Ministry of Health of the RT for
Kazan, said that the polyclinic is territorially located in two buildings. The
branch in Gavrilov Street, №42 has already been closed for repairs. One-third
of the main building is also closed, and patients' admission continues in the
rest part. An overhaul never carried out in a building on Adoratsky Street.
Marat
Sadykov, the head doctor of the polyclinic, noted that all repairs are
coordinated with the management of the institution. He asked the Mayor to
expand the parking pockets near the building. I. Metshin instructed Timur
Alibaev, the head of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts’
administration, to work out this issue.
Iskander
Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Executive Committee and the chairman of
the Committee for Housing and Communal Services, told the Mayor that the
replacement of the ventilation system and the roof is planned as part of the
overhaul. Also, the adaptation of the restroom and the entrance group for the
low-mobility population is planned within the framework of the program
“Available Environment”.
I.
Giniyatullin said that conditioning system will operate in the doctors' rooms
after the repair. The Mayor of Kazan positively assessed the innovation.
According to him, this will improve the reception conditions for patients who
will not have to sit in a stuffy room.
I. Metshin
also talked with little patients and their young mothers. The head of the city
asked the reasons for the treatment of children in the clinic, their complaints
about the service and wishes. Parents noted that they were always satisfied
with the work of specialists but the conditions for admission left much to be
desired. Visitors thanked the Mayor for the overhaul.
According
to the representative of the contractor (the OOO “Ramstroy”), the work is
planned to be completed in September this year. Ilsur Metshin noted that
builders need to be in constant contact with the management of the polyclinic
and take their opinion into account. “There are no small points in an overhaul
of polyclinics. It is necessary to take the wishes of parents with children
into account”, summed up the head of the city.
Daria
Mirolyubova, the deputy head doctor for the medical part, said that the
institution participates in the republican project “Friendly polyclinic is a
Tatarstan standard”. “Of course, there are some inconveniences due to repairs.
We work in compacted conditions. But patients treat temporary difficulties with
understanding. There are no complications”, said D. Mirolyubova.
During the
year, overhaul in Kazan will take place in all children's polyclinics (10
institutions) and in 17 adult institutions. The program will affect more than
50 buildings of Kazan polyclinics. All of them will be repaired by a single
standard. Also, new equipment will be purchased, which aimed at identifying
pathologies of the cardiovascular system and early detection of cancer. The
modernization program was developed on behalf of Rustam Minnikhanov, the
President of the RT. It will be implemented within 2 years (2017-2018) and is
unprecedented on a national scale.
