I. Metshin: “We finished 4 problem houses, 3 more are still preparing”

(KZN.RU, June 28, Alsu Safina). House №3 in the RC “Molodezhny”, one of the problem houses of the GC “FON”, will be finished by the end of the summer. Also, a block of three entrances to the “Tsaritsynsky Bugor” is being prepared for putting into operation. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, told this today to the shareholders of the GC “FON” during a visit to the construction sites. According to the Mayor, it is expected that 7 problem houses out of 25 will be finished by the end of the year.

The Mayor of the city began the inspection of the work progress on the objects of shared-equity construction with a 5-porch house for 241 apartments of the RC “Tsaritsynsky Bugor” on Fuchik Street. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, told Ilsur Metshin that the house is supposed to be put in operation by blocks. Today, a solution has been found for three entrances to 144 apartments, which are planned to be finished in the first place. “There is an agreement between the GC “FON”, the developer, the firm “Atlant”, the contractor, and the initiative group of shareholders, which specifies the sources of financing”, noted A. Nigmatzyanov. The agreement, in particular, assumes that shareholders will buy parking spaces. In addition, the remaining assets of the “FON” are planned to be sent to the completion of the facility and the additional financing of the remaining work.

The Mayor inspected one of the apartments in the house. I. Metshin noted the high degree of its readiness. A. Nigmatzyanov drew attention to the fact that some apartments still require further development. In general, all three entrances are in the same condition. For the completion of the house, it is necessary to finish the construction of parking, make improvements, and solve the issue with the networks.

The question of engineering networks was asked by Galina Nikiforova, one of the shareholders of the “FON”. The first deputy head of the Executive Committee explained that for today, the issue with “Kazan Electric Networks” has been resolved but the question of the heat remains. “We are in dialogue with the “Tatenergo”. There is an instruction from the President of the RT, and a solution will be found”, said Ilsur Metshin.

Also, Galina Nikiforova told the Mayor that there were problems in registering equity agreements for the purchase of parking lots. Ilsur Metshin assured that the options for registering contracts in the Registration Chamber will be found, and the legal side of this issue will be worked out.

The Mayor of Kazan expressed his hope that by the end of the year, shareholders of 144 apartments will be able to start repairing their new homes because the apartments will be finished in shell and core fit-out. “We saw the readiness of the house. The pace is good, and we can see the amount of work”, said I. Metshin. “I think, we will finish three entrances until the end of the year”.

After that, Ilsur Metshin visited the RC “Molodezhny”. The residential complex includes 5 houses. House №4 for 231 apartments was put into operation in autumn 2015. The mayor inspected the two-entrance 14-16-storeyed house №3, which is in a high degree of readiness. Lenar Safiullin, the executive director of the construction company “Stroymash”, who is currently working here, told I. Metshin that almost 96 apartments out of 112 are completed. He also noted that the initiative group of shareholders comes to inspect the work every week. If there are any issues, they are being dealt with during the work progresses.

“96 apartments are already in the state in which they will be transferred to shareholders. The construction part is coming to an end”, said the Mayor.

Anna Sabirova, one of the shareholders, confirmed that the work on the site is underway. She said that the house is under the constant supervision of the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, since February, and weekly detours have been committed.

“There is movement on the houses of the “FON” and the “Svey”. Of course, I would like to finish not just yours but other houses as well”, noted I. Metshin. “At the beginning of the year, we had 25 houses of deceived shareholders. 4 houses have been put into operation, 3 more are being prepared for it. I think 17 houses out of 25 will remain by the end of the year. And you will be among those who move in”.
