The Mayor of Kazan instructed to complete the repair work in public points of law enforcement by November

(KZN.RU, June 19, Anton Nozdrin). Employees of public points of law enforcement are reliable assistants, on which the city authorities rely in their daily work and who must have decent working conditions. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan announced it during today’s staff meeting, commenting on the progress of repairing public points of law enforcement in the city districts.

For example, Timur Alibaev, the head of Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts’ administration, reported that 3 PPLEs were included in the work plan: 2 in the Aviastroitelny district, and one – in Novo-Savinovsky. All the points are in the basement. The head of the administration noted that in the near future, PPLE of the Novo-Savinovsky district will move from Gagarin Str., №20 to a new building on Vosstaniya Str., №25, which is located on the 1st floor, and where a full range of repair works is carried out and access roads are also equipped.

Repairs of the premises in the house №17 on Kutuzov Str. have been completed in the Aviastroitelny district. Works are still carried out in the PPLE on Aydarov Str, 22. “We will complete the works by the end of the month. All PPLEs will be in the standard state”, said Alibaev.

There are 20 PPLEs in Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts, and all have been redecorated. According to Sergey Mironov, the head of the districts’ administration, major repairs were carried out in three PPLEs.  He noted that the PPLE at Gagarin Str., №105 required replacement. The point is in a basement and it was flooded twice. Therefore, PPLE will move to Akademika Koroleva Str., №43. There are a complete overhaul, offices, a toilet, a rest room, a meeting hall In the new premises.

Andrei Lobov, the head of the Vakhitovskiy and Privolzhsky districts’ administration, reported to the Mayor of Kazan that 21 public points out of 25 were renovated in the districts. Also, within a month, the issue of moving two public points will have to be solved.

Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetsky district’s administration, said that 5 PPLEs out of 22 were repaired in the region in 2017.

Alexey Sokolov, the head of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation for Kazan, thanked I. Metshin for his attention to this issue.  “PPLEs are changing for the better, this is an important aspect of the work for us”, said A. Sokolov.

Metshin instructed to complete all planned work in the second half of 2017. “It is necessary to complete the work by November, so that the issue of working conditions in PPLEs and reception of citizens will not be raised. The employees of PPLEs are our reliable assistants, on which we rely in our daily work. We must create conditions, worthy of the high title of the capital of the RT”, concluded the Mayor of Kazan and noted that security in the regions largely depends on the public points.
