(KZN.RU,
June 5, Alsu Safina). 70% of the premises offered for auction under the city
program of preferential rent, were realized for today. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor
of Kazan, noted on the Business Monday that this is a good result. At the same
time, the Mayor marked that it is necessary to find out why the remaining 30%
of premises are not in demand among entrepreneurs.
“70% of the
premises is a good number, considering that it was unmarketable and it
literally “hung” on our neck. Including in financial way: we were paying for
utilities and security. Today, these buildings have acquired not just the owner
but the owner who invests in his business and plans his activities far in the
future”, said the head of the city. “The program is important, we need it, and
it needs to be continued”, the Mayor of Kazan is sure.
According
to Ilsur Metshin, the programs of preferential rent and preferential lending
gave a serious push forward. “Not a few but dozens of entrepreneurs have
created their own business. This means that they became active parts of urban
life, economy, created jobs, gave people the opportunity to work and earn”,
noted the Mayor.
Renat
Galyautdinov, the chairman of the Committee for Land and Property Relations,
said that currently the list of municipal property, free from the rights of
third parties, for providing long-term use to small and medium-sized
businesses, contains 106 facilities. Weekly, the committee conducts auction
sales of the annual rent of objects, included in this list.
“For today
55 auctions are announced, 67 objects are exposed. 36 objects were exhibited
more than once”, the chairman of the CLPR said. He noted that 33 auctions out
of the 51, which took place, were declared invalid: 11 ones – in connection
with the filing of a single application, 22 ones – in the absence of
applications filed. In total, 112 applications were received from
entrepreneurs.
“For June
2, 54 rights to conclude a lease contract from 67 objects of auction bidding
have been realized. In total, 48 are contracts concluded at the moment”, Renat
Galyautdinov cited data and added that the lease contracts are concluded for a
period of 5 years.
The speaker
reminded that the purpose of the premises offered for auction is limited to
such areas as manufacturing, housing and communal services, innovation,
consumer services, education, health, folk art, internal tourism, physical
education and sports, culture, and private institutions for additional
education for children.
This month
auctions will be held on 9, 16, 23 and 30 of June. “Technical documentation is
being prepared and an independent evaluation to determine the amount of annual
rent is carried out for the remaining facilities, included in the list. The
objects will be offered for auction in the near future as soon as the documents
and reports are ready”, explained the chairman of the CLPR.
