(KZN.RU, December 20). The regular meeting of the Executive Committee of the RFU was held in Moscow in the House of Football today. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan and the President of the FC "Rubin", took part in it.
Participants discussed a number of issues and have taken a number of important decisions. So, the Vice-President of the Russian Football Union was elected at the meeting, it was Sergei Anokhin. Board members also extended the power of Alexander Alaev as the general director (general secretary) of the RFU until December 20, 2020, and approved the budget for 2017.
The press-approach took place at the end of the meeting. Vitaly Mutko, the President of the RFU, Evgeny Giner, the President of the CSKA, and other participants of the meeting responded to several journalists' questions. I. Metshin said that plans for the work of judges in the Russian championship matches until the end of the season-2016/17 will not change. However, the new program of the Department of refereeing and inspection of the RFU will be discussed later. Also, the Mayor of Kazan said that the decision to carry out cyber-football matches between professional football clubs in a test mode was made at the meeting of the Executive Committee of the RFU, reports the TASS.
Also, the president of the “Rubin” spoke about the club's transfer policy and accreditation of football agents, according to “Soviet Sport”.
