Ilsur Metshin topped the November rating of capitals’ heads of the VFD
(KZN.RU, December 19). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, won the first place in the media-rating of the information-analytical system “Medialogia” among the capitals’ heads of the Volga Federal District subjects for November 2016.
The media-index of Ilsur Metshin made 4048.85 points, according to the analysis of federal and regional mass media. Media reported that the launch of the countdown clock to the World Cup-2018 was held in Kazan. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, attended the ceremony. Also, the media reported that the hockey player Alexei Morozov and singer Nyusha became ambassadors of the World Cup-2018 from Kazan. The ceremonial dedication of Morozov and Nyusha was held at the stadium “Kazan Arena” with the participation of Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the city. In addition, Ilsur Metshin said new details on the situation with Sardar Azmoun, the forward of the “Rostov”.
Valery Saraev, the Mayor of Saratov, is in second place of the media-rating (2926.80 points), on the third place – Dmitry Samoilov, the head of Perm (1895.76 points).
The rating is based on the media base "Medialogia" system, consisting of more than 36100 of the most influential sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, and online media. The Mayor of Kazan has repeatedly led the monthly media-ratings of the first capitals’ persons of the VFD subjects.
