I. Khalikov and I. Metshin handed the state and municipal awards

(KZN.RU, December 14, Anton Nozdrin). Ildar Khalikov, the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, and Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, presented the state and city awards today at the capital's City Hall at the XII session of the Kazan City Duma.

Gratitude of the President of the RT was declared to Lyudmila Andreeva, the secretary of the Kazan City Duma. The honorary title “Honored Worker of housing and communal services of the RT” was given to Gulshat Gismatullina, the head of the organization of the administrative committees of the Executive Committee, for her contribution to the industry of housing and communal services and improvement of Kazan. The honorary title “Honored Builder of the RT” was awarded and a letter of gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan was handed to Emil Khusnutdinov, the deputy of the Kazan City Duma and the general director of OOO “Group of Companies “ZhIK of Kazan”, for his contribution to the development of the construction industry and many years of conscientious work.

Svetlana Galyamova, the director of “The publishing house “Paradigma”, was awarded the insignia “For work and valor for the benefit of Kazan” for the diligent work and significant contribution to the development of the media in Kazan. Rustem Gaifullin, the chief physician of the Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the RT, and Farid Matusevich, the accountant of information technologies and communications of Kazan Executive Committee, were awarded the insignia “For faultless service to Kazan”.

Sergei Lobov, the head of Public Relations and Media Office of the Kazan City Duma, was awarded the Honorary Diploma of Kazan for conscientious work and contribution to the development of the media in Kazan.

Dinar Salahov, a history teacher, was encouraged by Mayor’s Gratitude for a proactive stance and bravery, shown in extreme situations in the name of saving people in a fire at the school №32.

Ferdinand Timurhanov, the head of the Department of Civil Protection of the Executive Committee, Nail Gareev, the deputy head of implementing powers in the field of civil defense of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the RT, and Elena Glukhareva, the director of the school №35, were encouraged by letters of gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan for active participation in the command education of organizations and enterprises of Kazan.
