The Russian President addressed a message to the Federal Assembly
(KZN.RU, December 1). On December 1, Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, delivered a message to the Federal Assembly. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, was among the invited participants.
The event was held in the Kremlin and was the 23rd in Russia recent history and the 13th for V. Putin. The message from the President to the Federal Assembly is the policy document, including political, economic, ideological position, as well as specific proposals for the work of the Parliament.
Vladimir Putin spoke about the traditional problems in the economy, the social sphere, in domestic and foreign policy in the message to the Federal Assembly.
Thus, in his speech, the Russian President spoke about the indexes of industry and agriculture, noting that the growth trend observed in these areas. V. Putin instructed the Government with the participation of leading business associations to develop a substantive action plan, calculated up to 2025, no later than May next year, the implementation of which will allow reaching the economic growth rate, higher than the world, and strengthen Russia's position in the global economy in the 2019-2020 years.
Vladimir Putin called the computerization of the health care system, the development of air ambulance, the continuation of the schools reconstruction program and the creation of new places in educational institutions, supporting volunteer and charitable movements, including non-profit organizations, among the priority projects in the social sphere.
The 2017 year was declared the Year of Ecology in Russia, so the unique natural areas such as the Volga, Baikal and others will be under close scrutiny in the coming year. According to V. Putin, 20 billion rubles will be allocated to the regions for the improvement program.
“The meaning of our whole policy is in saving people, the multiplication of the human capital as the main wealth of Russia. Therefore, our focus is on the support of traditional values and family, demographic programs, improving the environment, human health, the development of education and culture”, said the head of Russia.
