Ilsur Metshin topped the October rating of capitals’ heads of the VFD
(KZN.RU, November 21). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, won the first place in the media-rating of the information-analytical system “Medialogia” among the capitals’ heads of the Volga Federal District subjects for October 2016.
The media-index of Ilsur Metshin made 3108.62 points, according to the analysis of federal and regional mass media. Media reported that the Mayor of Kazan made a presentation of the project for development strategy until 2030. Also, the president of the "Rubin" had a meeting with the UEFA President Alexander Cheferin.
Oleg Fursov, the Mayor of Samara, is in second place of the media-rating (1278.79 points), on the third place - Yury Utkin, the head of Perm (923.85 points).
The rating is based on the media base "Medialogia" system, consisting of more than 34900 of the most influential sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, and online media. The Mayor of Kazan has repeatedly led the monthly media-ratings of the first capitals’ persons of the VFD subjects.
