Lyudmila Andreeva was awarded the Gratitude Letter of the Mayor of Kazan
(KZN.RU, November 14, Alsu Safina). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, presented the Gratitude Letter to Lyudmila Andreeva, the secretary of the Kazan City Duma, at today's Business Monday. He congratulated her on her birthday, which was on November 12.
