The kindergarten №165 will be renovated next year

(KZN.RU, November 11, Alsu Safina). Today Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, visited the kindergarten №165 of combined type in the Novo-Savinovsky district. The pre-school educational institution, founded in 1960, will be repaired in 2017.

185 children are in 9 groups of kindergarten for today. The head Svetlana Belova told that the kindergarten is of a great demand. Parents bring their children here from almost the entire city. Svetlana Belova noted that the training is carried out in three groups according to the method of Waldorf education, and many parents want their children to attend these groups.

The head of the kindergarten told the Mayor about the state, in which their institution is. It is worth noting that the kindergarten is located in two buildings, built in 1960 and 1967 and combined by the passage afterwards. Repair of passage’s soft roof has been made this year in the framework of the maintenance program. According to Svetlana Belova, the examination was carried out, according to which the passage wall is in disrepair. One of the kindergarten’s porches is in disrepair also. “There are cracks on the walls of the building, masonry is falling. The roof is in need of repair”, said the head of the institution.

There are cracks inside the building as well: in the room for the nursery. Ilsur Metshin also was showed the catering department. “It is necessary to conduct the repair of the walls and the ceiling by the prescription of the Rospotrebnadzor. It is necessary to replace the tiles. But the most important thing is that ventilation is inoperative”, said Svetlana Belova. The Mayor marked that the repair of the kindergarten must be made in the next year.

In conclusion, Ilsur Metshin talked to the children of the Waldorf group. As Svetlana Belova told, the group is uneven; it includes children from 3 to 7 years old. Older children help younger ones just like in a family.

“There was no repair of the kindergarten since the day of foundation. Well done that you keep it in this condition and take the children, teach them”, said Ilsur Metshin. “Your caring hand and loving heart of teachers are noticeable. Thank God, that you managed to wait until repairs”.

The Mayor of Kazan said that the large amount of work to be done in the kindergarten. “Every kindergarten is different: one is 50 years, the other - 30. You cannot just multiply the square footage. That's why we make visits, to understand the real situation before start the work”, he said.

Ilsur Hadiullin, the head of the Education Department, and Timur Alibaev, the head of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts administration, also visited the kindergarten.
