Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, and Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, were the guests of the yard holiday, organized near the houses №56, 58 and 60 on the Prospect Pobedy Str. at the City Day and the Day of the Republic. Residents of these houses were presented with a new universal playground with children's play and sports areas as a gift for the City Day and the Day of the Republic.

The universal playground is located in the yard of the three apartment buildings, which are home to about 1,500 residents. Local residents have long asked to carry out work on the improvement of the yard with the organization of recreation and sports areas. The housing of the Privolzhskiy district has decided to finance the construction of a universal playground within current repair, meeting the wishes of residents.

The playground design was carried out, taking into account the opinion of local residents. Construction began in early June this year. For now 6 sites are set here, including 4 play areas, football and basketball field with a polyurethane coating on the asphalt substrate, and a recreational area.

Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the residents on the City and Republic Day, noting that the new yard was a wonderful gift for both adults and children. “Your yard looks completely different today. Let the residents will be comfortable to rest here. There should be more such projects in our city”, said the President of Tatarstan.

Ilsur Metshin noted that repair of roads was carried out near the houses in addition to the construction of sports grounds. “Good afternoon, dear neighbors. I said “neighbors”, because I lived near here myself 15 years ago. I am glad to welcome you in the renovated yard. There are also overhaul of roads was carried out. I am glad that the housing company together with the district administration was able to make another gift for Kazan citizens”, said the Mayor.

Work of city children professions "Kidspace" was organized in the yard of house in honor of the holiday, where young residents can “try on” the occupation of farmers, merchants, doctors, designers and builders in an interactive form. The older children took part in various competitions, playing mini-football and basketball. Also, the concert program was organized for the audience. Launch balls held in the territory of the yard at the end of the holiday.

Pobedy streets, area of ​​3.7 thousand square meters, site along the kindergarten №373 to the house №81 on R. Zorge Str., area of ​​2.8 thousand square meters, site of R. Zorge near the house №67, area of ​​0.755 thousand square meters, site of Pr. Pobedy Str. near the house №62 buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, area of 2.06 thousand square meters, and site of ​​R.
