R. Minnikhanov and I. Metshin visited the new building of the children's polyclinic №4 branch

(KZN.RU, 16 August). The new building of the children's city polyclinic №4 branch was opened in the Kazan village Yudino. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Adel’ Vafin, the Minister of Health of RT, and Talgat Abdullin, the executive director of the State Housing Fund under the President of the RT, visited the polyclinic today.

After arriving at the clinic Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the information about its work. According to Adel’ Vafin, for today 7723 children attached to the polyclinic from Yudino and the surrounding villages: Novoe Yudino, Kalininskiy, Kuzemetievo, Krasnaya Gorka, Novoe Arakchino, Zaymische, Zalesny, Novaya Tura.

The polyclinic is located on the first floor of the house №15 on Kolymskaya Str. Doctors have moved into this building this summer. Before that, children were served in the old room for almost 10 years. The total area of ​​the premises hardly exceeded 220 square meters, which was the main reason for the move. Now there is much more spacious in the new polyclinic (982 square meters), medical offices provided with the necessary modern equipment.

The Minister of Health of RT added that pediatricians work at six pediatric areas on constantly basis. In addition, it is possible to make an appointment with the doctors of narrow specialties: gynecology, speech therapist, neuropathologist, otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist and surgeon. Also, vaccination and treatment rooms, a laboratory study of analysis taking, diagnostic rooms – ultrasound, ECG, etc. – operate in the polyclinic. The distributing point of the finished baby milk is carried out by the program “Belekech”.

Rustam Minnikhanov talked to the polyclinic staff and asked how the work is going in new conditions. One of the doctors thanked the President for support and said that she recently moved to Kazan from Saransk, using a grant for improving of the living conditions for health workers.

The President of Tatarstan inspected the new premises, in particular, room of the local pediatrician, ultrasound and ECG rooms, and estimated the play area for the youngest visitors of the polyclinic, reports the press service of the President of the RT.
