Four houses on M. Gafuri Str. prepared to be passed to residents of damaged houses in Kazan

(KZN.RU August 16, Zilya Gayfi). Four houses on 352 apartments on M. Gafuri Str., erecting within the program of construction of residential houses for the resettlement of citizens from damaged houses in 2016, prepared to be passed in Kazan. Decoration works are completed and the improvement of the local area is performed on the objects. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, estimated the readiness of facilities for commissioning and subsequent resettlement today.

Alexey Pesoshin, the first deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Irek Faizullin, the minister of Construction, architecture and utilities of RT, Talgat Abdullin, the executive director of the State Housing Fund under the President of RT, Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive Committee, Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee on urban policy, Marcel Abdulhakov, the head of Housing policy, Andrei Lobov, the head of Vakhitovskiy and Privolzhskiy districts administration, and representatives of design and contracting companies took part in the meeting.

The construction of four residential buildings with 352 apartments (house №1, 2, 4, 5 and 88 apartments and non-residential premises) on the street M. Gafuri in the Vakhitovskiy district began in August 2015. State housing fund under the President of RT became the investor of the project, the Overhaul Office of the Executive Committee is the technical customer, the company Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt, OOO “Ak-Tash”, and OAO “Kazantsentrstroy” were chosen as the designer and general contractor.

Ilsur Metshin inspected the local area of houses №4 and 5, where a children's playground is landscaped, asphalt surface is laid and construction of container yard is carried out. “Houses №4 and 5 are almost ready, practically everything may be passed to the State Construction Supervision, if the water supply will be ensured and the issue with communication will be resolved, then within a week it will be possible to pass these two houses. Readiness of houses №1 and 2 is estimated to be less; however, they also can be passed in a month after solving the problem with communications. Thus, the questions of the water supply, sewage system and a storm water drain are the main now”, reported Azat Nigmatzyanov about the degree of objects readiness.

Builders have begun to remove the top layer of asphalt and tram tracks for laying of water pipeline on the road of the M. Gafuri street today. All work on the site should be completed by September 1, since one of the school bus routes lies on the street.

Ilsur Metshin noted that the program of resettlement of residents from damaged houses is a priority for the city program, which is waited by thousands of Kazan citizens, so it is important to comply with the previously announced terms.

It is planned to populate four houses on the M. Gafuri street before the end of the year. Apartments in them (one-roomed, two-roomed and three-roomed) will be sold with the final decoration. Talgat Abdullin said earlier that additional resettlement options will be offered to residents of damaged houses, including apartments in a newly built residential complex “Salavat Cupere”.

151 residential building was recognized as damaged in Kazan in January 1, 2012. For today, the program includes 96 houses on 1674 apartments with a total area of ​​53,500.10 square meters, which are home to nearly 5,000 residents. All these houses are planned to resettle to the end of 2017.
