Ilsur Metshin handed the state and municipal awards
(KZN.RU, 16 August). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, handed the state and municipal awards at the IX session of the Kazan City Duma today. Awarding was held in the City Hall.
Gratitude of the President of RT for his significant contribution to the development of the building complex and long-term diligent work was declared to Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee on urban policy. He was also awarded the insignia “For work and valor for the benefit of Kazan”.
Airat Minnullin, the general director of “Volgadorstroy”, Ilnar Nurgaliyev, the chairman of the Accounts Chamber of Kazan, Ildar Farkhutdinov, the head of the Power branch №17 of the Kazan plant of precision engineering, were awarded with insignias “For faultless service to Kazan”.
The Honor Diploma of Kazan was awarded to Oleg Tarabrin, the former head of the “Kazan-Airport” checkpoint, Niyaz Gafiyatullin, the deputy of the Kazan City Duma and the director of the Kazan International School, Valeriy Krasilnikov, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kazan, Nur Shakirov, the general director of the Kazan Medical Instruments plant, and also workers of KMBPA, PMC №2, and the Kazan aviation plant named after Gorbunov.
