In addition, the lighting poles are installed and updated, social facilities are being built and other works carried out to radically change the living conditions in the villages. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, instructed the representatives of regional administrations to take every effort in making the settlements as comfortable as possible at the today's meeting of authorities.

“As for the construction of village roads, unfortunately it is not always possible to make the asphalt surface. But, nevertheless, the results that we have achieved today are a totally different quality of life. Our approach remains unchanged; the living conditions in the villages should be as close as possible to the conditions that have been created in city neighborhoods. We will continue to systematically solve the problem of road construction, landfill sites, lighting, water supply and other issues,” said I. Metshin. According to Igor Kulyazhev, the deputy head of the Executive Committee and the chairman of the Committee of Improvements, today the work finished in 30 objects out of 51, and continues in 9 objects as part of bringing township’s roads to the standard. The volume of finished work is 89%. The work completed in the villages Borisoglebskoe, Salmachi, Starye Gorky, Ametievo, Novoe-Yudino, Malye Derbyshki, Malye Klyki. Work will continue in other township until August 30.

According to Albert Bikmullin, the first deputy head of Administration of Aviastroitelny and Novo- Savinovsky districts, 7.4 km of roads were built this year on 13 streets in the four townships: Severnyi, Suhaya Reka, Borisoglebsk and Druzhba in the amount of 42.132 million rubles. In addition, more than 60 light points were installed on four streets in the Borisoglebsk village on 1.2 million rubles, 6 playgrounds built in villages Severnyi, Suhaya Reka, Borisoglebsk and others. “Also, the commissioning of the administrative-residential complex for the local policemen in the amount of 3.7 million rubles is planned for this year in the village Kadyshevo. The local policemen will work with about 1,700 residents,” said A. Bikmullin. Also, the work on the program “School Route” continues at the moment, the lighting will be installed in three villages: Kadyshevo, Borisoglebsk and Krutushka. 204 supports will be installed.

Today, the swimming pool is the most important object of social infrastructure for them, which is being built in the village Zalesny in the sports complex “Olympian”. The swimming pool will be served not only by the residents of Zalesnyi and residential complex “Salavat Cupere”, but also by the people from the Yudinskiy district, where about 20 thousand residents. Today, the construction of the box and the pool is done, the ventilation installed, and indoors work is carried out. The opening of the pool is scheduled for September this year.

Also, the long-awaited children's branch of the city polyclinic №4 on the Kolymskaya street has been opened in Yudino this year. It will serve nearly 6,500 children of nearby villages. Also, several playgrounds were constructed in residential areas; the repair of roads continues.

The construction of administrative and residential complexes for local policemen carried out on the territory of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhskiy districts in residential areas Staroe Pobedilovo and Petrovsky in the framework of the prevention of abuses and crime, said Eugene Varakin, the first deputy head of the District Administration. Also, the work on the reconstruction of the correctional school ends in the village Starye Gorki.

The construction of a multifunctional center in the township Nagorny with assembly hall on 206 persons and a reference point for police is carried out in the Sovietskiy district, in which there are 36 residential areas with more than 38 thousand inhabitants. Works on the overhaul of the school №47 in the village Konstantinovka ends, primary school will be located in the new housing.

Also the gasification of the village Kaenly is planned, and 6.6 km of gas supply network is already constructed by public forces for today.

Ilsur Metshin instructed to continue this work, taking all important decisions on improvement of villages together with their inhabitants.
