The decision on the settlement of two houses in residential complex “Salavat Cupere” in Monday was made by the Mayor of Kazan

(KZN.RU July 22 Zilya Gayfi). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, inspected the construction progress of residential complex “Salavat Cupere” in the Kirov district of the city today. The decision on the settlement of two houses from the beginning of next week (№№13-3 and 10-6 for 510 apartments) was made by the head of the city in the end of the work meeting.

Ilsur Metshin checked the progress of the work and examined the raised house on a construction site. 4 quarters (№№10,11,12,13) is building in the first stage in a residential complex, which includes 22 houses for 6426 apartments with a common area of ​​384 square meters. The four companies are the contractors: OOO “Ak-Tash”, OOO “Great Story”, OOO “PCA “Kazan” and OAO “Kamgesenergostroy”.

Social infrastructure objects are also included in the building plan. There are 3 kindergartens for 260 persons, two of which were built and put into operation this year, and 2 schools. In addition, the second stage of the house building started (quarter №7 and №8-11).

Marat Samigulin, the head of the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction of the Executive Committee, said that four houses were put into operation (№№13-5, 13-3, 10-4, 10-6 for 1088 apartments, and №13-3 10-6 510 remain unoccupied). The reason for the refusal in settlement of a residential house №13-3 of the management company was that the air compensation valve drives do not correspond to the design. According to Marat Samigulin, valves are coordinated with project organization now. Also the management company needs to issue order to start power supply at a constant basis in the house №10-6.

Ilsur Metshin noted the need to clearly define to the future inhabitants the settlement terms in a new house. The decision on the settlement of both houses from the beginning of next week was made as a result of today's meeting.

The meeting was attended by Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive Committee, Talgat Abdullin, the executive director of the State Housing Fund under the President of RT, Ilshat Gimae, the deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan, Adel Khusnutdinov, the general director of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”, Marsel Abdulhakov, the Head of the Housing Policy Department in Executive Committee, leaders of contractors and the companies manager.
