R. Minnikhanov and I. Metshin visited the Kazan medical Instruments plant
(KZN.RU, 22 July). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, visited the Kazan Medical Instruments Factory (KMIF). The head of the Republic was accompanied by Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Adel Vafin, the Tatarstan Minister of Health, Airat Shafigullin, the Secretary of RT Security Council, and the plant's leadership.
R. Minnikhanov visited the production facilities of the plant. In particular, he visited the sites for the production of microsurgical and dental instruments, the production of polymer products, and others.
Honored guests attended the solemn ceremony, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the KMIF formation, after the inspection.
R. Minnikhanov said that Kazan Medical Instruments Factory is one of the leading and socially significant companies in the medical industry in Russia. President of Tatarstan expressed special gratitude to the older generation, the veterans of the factory, which made a significant contribution to the establishment and development of the company by their selfless work.
Then the head of the Republic presented to the most distinguished KMIF officers the state awards of the RT and President’s gratitude letters, reports Government Portal of RT.
