Ilsur Metshin inspected the results of overhaul in gymnasium №4

(Kazan City KZN.RU, June 22). Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the gymnasium №4 with Tatar language of instruction in Kirovsky district of the city. There overhaul was completed a few days ago.

The director of a contractor "Progress" Andrei Zakamskiy reported to Ilsur Metshin on the results of the repair. According to him, the planned amount of work was carried out in full: roofing, entrance and façade, internal networks were repaired. Also the contractor replaced interior doors, bathrooms, windows. A.Zakamsky said that of the organization replaced the external fence of the school building at the saved money. Director of gymnasium Ilhaniya Vakhitova noted that she has no complaints to the contractor. Roof that leaked during heavy rainfall was one of the main problem s of the building. "Now everything is repaired. We have no claims"- she said.

I.Vahitova also addressed with a request to repair a sports hall to the head of the city - these works were not included in the program this year. Kazan Mayor instructed to study the issue and carry out repair works for the new academic year.

The Mayor also visited the area around the school. Head of the administration of Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts Sergei Mironov said I. Metshin that to repair the rink in the backyard of the school, as well as to build a soccer field and playground for street workout near is in future plans. Kazan Mayor instructed to take work very seriously, noting that the neighborhood is densely populated and both adults and children will play sports at the new site. "We need to make a good modern playground and a hockey box. And life will boil here", - I. Metshin said.

The workshop was also attended by First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee Damir Fattakhov, Chairman of the Housing and Utilities of Executive Committee Iskander Giniyatullin, Head of Education Department Ilsur Hadiullin.

Note that 108 buildings were repaired as a part of the presidential program of capital repair of schools from 2012 to 2015 in Kazan (81% of all schools in the city included in the program). This year 17 schools and 3 kindergartens will be repaired in the capital of Tatarstan.
