(Kazan City KZN.RU, May 10, Anton Nozdrin). Until the end of May in Kazan 8 auctions on placement of seasonal trade facilities of summer profiles are scheduled. In June the bidding on the lots for melon trade is planned to complete. This was announced today at the Business Monday in the City Hall by the chairman of the Committee of Kazan consumer market Ruslan Zainetdinov.

According to him, a simplified layout of seasonal trade objects is realized in the capital of Tatarstan for the third year. It is constantly being improved to ensure the availability of products, compliance of facilities for trade architecture and landscaping of the city, to ensure the most simple and transparent procedure for obtaining authorization to engage in trading activities. According R.Zaynetdinov, layout was amended and supplemented, taking into account the proposals of the Committee of entrepreneurs and autumn inventory of all outlets.

"Today already 17 auctions were held, in which 314 lots were put up," - R.Zaynetdinov said. Entrepreneurs have acquired the right to occupancy of 85 retail properties in the amount of 8.5 million rubles. Chairman of the Committee said that to date 25 contracts for a summer veranda are signed against 13 agreements for the same period of last year. It is planned to increase the number of such facilities to 65, that more than 2-fold compared with last year. The list includes locations proposed by the owners of cafes, as well as illegal identified by committee during the inventory.

Chairman of the committee said that in the city as experiment universal outlets for the sale of ice cream, kvass, soft drinks will appear. It will be semi facilities to be dismantled after completing of the season. "If the project will justify itself, we will try to make it a model", - R.Zaynetdinov told.

At the conclusion of the report the Chairman of the Committee noted that the work on the organization of street trade is in constant dialogue with entrepreneurs. "We get offers from them, analyze and take into account in the further work", - R.Zaynetdinov said.

Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin reminded that the layout of the seasonal trade appeared as a measure to combat the unauthorized trading. According to the Mayor, the amount of the unauthorized trade declined, and this work should be continued. "Equal competition should be. And that one organize a place, and others are stealing electricity from the neighboring houses,"- I. Metshin said and encouraged to adopt comprehensive measures to restore order in the seasonal trade, and speak with violators at the language of fines.
