Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the house №33 at Latysh Shooters street, resident of which has addressed during the live broadcast with the question of the quality of the major repair to the city head. During program of a resident of the second entrance of the house №33 at Latysh Shooters street Lyudmila Sabirova told the Mayor that three years after an overhaul in the house it already has problems - in the hallways the paint falls from the walls, the door to the staircase can’t be  closed, in the rain in the vestibule water is standing. Ilsur Metshin promised to look into the situation. Today L.Sabirova during a personal meeting with the Mayor noted that the quality of repairs should be monitored on a mandatory basis.

With the head of the city troubled facility was inspected by the director of MUE "Technical Control Service for the implementation of municipal programs on the content of housing and communal services and land improvement" Asiya Gudz. She noted that experts have arisen no questions during the acceptance of work. "The problems usually begin in a year. In this case, the paint was applied on unprepared surfaces, that is, paint technology has been broken. The warranty period of this type of work is 5 years, warranty contractor should address the shortcomings. Taking into account the requirements of fire protection, oil-based paint in houses during the overhaul is no longer used, instead of it latex paint is used,"- Asiya Gudz said.

Ilsur Metshin assured the resident that the problem will be resolved. "Warranty period has not yet passed, the contractor must correct all errors, which were formed during these three years. It is important to get feedback. It is desirable that the inhabitants then reported whether they satisfied with work “- the Mayor said.

Lyudmila Sabirova also appealed to Ilsur Metshin with a request to install speed bumps in the yard that would limit the speed of traffic in the yard - a children's playground is near. Ilsur Metshin said that the request will be considered. According to the head of Administration of Sovietsky district Rustem Gafarov, this year at Latysh Shooters street overhaul of driveways is planned. In particular, the repair will cover houses’ yards № №31, 39, sidewalk from the house№33 to the house №37.

During dialogue residents of entrance №2 also complained to the Mayor on the periodic flooding of the basement. The Mayor instructed to deal with the cause. According to Rustem Gafarov, to solve problems MUE "Vodokanal" is connected.
