I. Metshin introduced the new head of the administration of Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts of Kazan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, April 22). Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin introduced the new head of the administration of Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts of Kazan. Sergei Mironov, who  was chairman of the Committee on Children and Youth since 2012, was appointed on this position.

Recall Damir Fattakhov, who previously held this position, was appointed First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the city.

Biography

Sergei Mironov was born June 1, 1983 in Kazan.

In 2004 he graduated from Kazan Law Institute of the Russian Interior Ministry in the specialty "jurisprudence"; received additional education in the Academy of Management "TISBI" in 2007 with the qualification "teacher of high school".
