KZN.RU, April 15, Irina Smirnova). Natalia Grechannikova is elected as the head
of the Executive Committee of the Kazan branch of the party "United
Russia". The decision was taken today at 48th meeting of the political
council of Kazan local branch of the Tatarstan "United Russia". The
event chaired by the Secretary of the local branch of the party, the Mayor of
Tatarstan's capital Ilsur Metshin was held in NCC "Kazan". The
meeting was attended by 27 members of the political council of 35, consisting the
necessary quorum for a decision.
The agenda
of the meeting had 4 questions, one of which was the re-election of the head of
the Executive Committee of the local branch of the party. Ilsur Metshin said
that the first deputy secretary of the local political council, the head of the
Executive Committee Nail Khusnutdinov made a petition to let him free from his
post. "For eight years Nail Kadirovich organized work of the Executive
Committee very actively and professionally. You are the statesman with great
experience. Your talent, your professionalism must serve the city in the future
", - I. Metshin said and noted that N.Husnutdinov will continue to work
for the benefit of the capital of Tatarstan.
As
secretary of the political council of the local brunch Ilsur Metshin introduced
the candidacy of Natalia Grechannikova for the post of the head of Executive
Committee. I. Metshin noted that the extensive experience of N.Grechannikova
will serve the goals and priorities that a local branch of the party sets. The
members of the political council unanimously endorsed the candidacy of
N.Grechannikova as head of the Executive Committee of the Kazan local branch of
the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian political party "United
Russia".
The meeting
also discussed the issues of preparation and holding of the preliminary vote on
the nominees for the subsequent nomination of the party "United
Russia" candidates for the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Recall,
April 10 the reception of documents from potential candidates in the September
elections completed. Currently primaries are held, the process will end May 22 with
elections directly. On this day 20% of polling stations will be opened, which
must be attended by at least 10% of voters.
Participants
of the meeting of the political council also considered the implementation of
party mobilization project "We are united" and were briefed on the
activities planned by the Kazan local branch of the party "United
Russia" at 1 and 9 May.
