A resident of the Moskovsky district of the city Valery Balymov appealed to the governor requesting to asphalt a local area near the house №20 at st. Kulahmetov, showing pictures of territory. Nikolai Evgrafov addressed the head of the city with a request to construct a lighted ski track in New Savinovsky district. 61-year-old Kazan resident is actively involved in sports, participated in the Moscow marathon 4 times, and is currently engaged in preparations for the Kazan marathon. N.Evgrafov also said that residents of other areas are waiting for the ski runs and gave the governor a letter of initiative group. A letter of request was by more than a thousand people. Moreover, the residents themselves have prepared two options for the location of the object. The Mayor added that it will be operational for the residents realizing the surplus production of their own gardens, and not for farmers or other businesses.
