Every year the number of infested areas in Kazan is reduced by 25%
(Kazan City KZN.RU, 5 April). The number of violations of the rules of Kazan improvement in terms of maintenance in winter has decreased by 40% over the past three years. The number of violations by commercial organizations decreased almost in 2 times. According to the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, these figures are the result of systematic work with the owners of the territories.
Reporting today at the Business Monday about the results of the department in the winter Head of the Administrative and Technical Inspection Alfir Shamsutdinov noted the positive dynamics in the maintenance of areas. According to him, this fact is due to the owners’ more responsible attitude to the maintenance of objects. "The greatest number of violations in the winter season is made by commercial organizations, - the head of the Administrative and Technical Inspection continued. – More than 300 violations were fixed". At the same time in the same period of last year such administrative measures were used more than 500 times. Positive dynamics is associated, in particular, with the number of contracts for the removal and disposal of snow.
Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin noted the effectiveness of joint work with the owners of the territories. The Mayor stressed that this work will be continued. He also stressed that the fines are not the goal themselves and the way to replenish the city coffers. "Clean, safe, well-maintained city cannot be with dirty streets and illegal dumps" - Ilsur Metshin summed up.
