At the
initiative of the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin work on the creation and
development of projects aimed at charitable assistance to those in needs continues
in the city.
"We
have identified the program "Kind City" as one of the key objectives
of our campaign "12 priorities", in which all our aspirations are
intended to Kazan became the most comfortable, most comfortable city to live in
Russia. And this task is impossible without the development and support of
charity, philanthropy.
Fortunately,
in million Kazan there are whole family dynasties, the great patrons of the
arts, whose names are inscribed in golden letters in the history of the city.
There are charities, whose work truly changed the lives of thousands of people,
who gave them care and gave hope for a prosperous future.
We must
foster the desire to do good things in our children. Children would receive the
lessons of charity, learned how to help the needy, at school, along with
training in reading, writing, mathematics, foreign languages. It is remarkable
that such examples are already there: we see school charity fairs, for which
children prepare crafts with all their sincerity and diligence, attract parents
and grandparents to it. They do this voluntarily, united by a common goal, the
desire to save someone's life, alleviate someone's pain. After 5 years these
children will be students, after 10 years - will be parents. I am confident
that, having received the first positive experience of charity in school,
children will continue to do good deeds - at the behest of the heart, the
goodness of the soul.
We want the
charity has become an integral part of the live of each of Kazan resident. For
every day we had the desire to do good things. And it is certainly not always a
question of financial and material aid. Sometimes good deed, sincere attention,
sympathy and empathy is more important.
Kazan
already has individual charities and projects, but working together, we can do
more good deeds. To separate streams resulted in a great ocean of love, where will
be enough warmth and care for all" - the Mayor of Kazan said.
