The issue of the abandonment was discussed with representatives of charitable funds of Kazan in the Executive Committee

(Kazan City KZN.RU, 22 March). Today at the working meeting with the participation of Mayor Ilsur Metshin the topic of child abandonment, including the social, and the ways to solve this problem were addressed. The meeting was attended by the heads of charities “Good Deeds”, "Alpari", "Kindness for free", "In your favor", public organization of foster families of Kazan "We are together", as well as the head of the children's hospital at the City Clinical Hospital №18 Tatyana Moroz, deputy head of the city's Executive Committee on social Affairs Natalia Grechannikova and heads of district administrations.

As noted by Natalia Grechannikova, arrangement of children left without parental care in the family is a priority social work for any city. Now in Kazan more than two thousand children are in foster care, 524 of them are adopted, 1378 are taken into care.

During the meeting, they talked about the training of professional parents who are ready to take children with problems in health and development, and the necessary conditions for this. In addition, they discussed the creation of social hotels, where mothers with children who find themselves in a crisis situation could survive in difficult times.

Recall, last week at City Hall a round table with the participation of 13 heads of city and republic charities and organizations was held. Following the meeting a number of decisions were adopted, including the establishment of a working group on philanthropy with the funds themselves, the media and municipal authorities, organization of a single online platform for charities and good works, the relay between the Kazan districts.
