The winners of the contest "Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: Women's Vision" named in Kazan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, March 5). On the eve of March 8 in Kazan City Hall the results of the city contest "Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: Women's Vision" were summed up. Today in the hall representatives of the fair sex who are working successfully in various fields gathered: doctors, teachers, deputies, sportswomen, cultural and art workers, workers of industrial sphere, business women and mothers with many children. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin congratulated women with the International Women's Day and presented awards to the winners.

Ilsur Metshin congratulated the ladies with the arrival of spring. "Each of you is the best in the business; on a par with men, you are working to make serious decisions, having the same responsibility. For this I want to say a special thank you not only as a man, but also as the Mayor of a big city, and the head of a large, very large team. Not less respect and sincere gratitude deserves that after returning home, you find the strength to carry out a completely different role, sometimes not so noticeable, but incredibly important - role of the wife, girlfriend, mother or grandmother. This role is a very happy and grateful - at the same time so difficult and responsible,"- Mayor opened the ceremony.

On this occasion, Ilsur Metshin addressed to women living in Kazan for advice on what should the future of the city look like. "Now we are developing a strategy of Kazan to 2030, and women's point of view, combining daydreaming and wisdom, must be represented in it. Not one important project, not one important decision cannot be made without you, and in this case please be with us. And we will try to do so that any adversity avoided you, and charming smile never left your faces, "- the head of the city said.

As a result of the competition the winners in 10 different categories were determined. The award ceremony was accompanied by a creative numbers and visuals, which told about the participants and winners of the contest.

Galina Belousova and Zulfira Gainutdinova won the victory in the category "Woman - Mother". Galina Belousova with her husband brings up nine children. Mom reads Dostoevsky with older, and engaged in needlework with younger. According to Galina Belousova, she tries to educate her children as patriots. Zulfira Gainutdinova is the mother of 8 children. Children in the Gainutdinovs family are brought up in the traditions of Islam, all are studying the Koran and the Arabic language.

Head of the department "Charm" Center for the Arts”, head of Children's school of models "Charm" Alla Vahrameeva awarded the title "Women - Culture and Spirituality". None urban city event passes without collective of Alla Vahrameeva. Hundreds of creative awards in competitions and festivals are in the piggy bank of the manager. Alla Vahrameeva shared her victory with the head of the section of literature and literary translation of Union of writers of RT Lilia Gazizova. Creativity of the poet is widely known outside the country, and the author's poems have been translated into 12 languages.

The General Director of "Nostalgia" Ravilia Shaydullina became the winner in the nomination "The woman - business woman", she is working in the food service industry more than 50 years. Ravilia Shaydullina calls ability to unite her family members behind a single occupation the main secret of her work, for example, one of her seven grandchildren bakes bread since six years old.

Director of the MUE "Service of technical supervision over the implementation of municipal programs on the content of housing and communal services and land improvement" Asiya Gudz became "Women Leader" of this year. Thanks to an active position in life the company she led has become a modern engineering company. The Head of the Department of Religious Studiesof K(V)FU, Ph.D. Larisa Astakhova awarded with the title of "Woman Scientist", she is a scientist in the fourth generation. Her study of international conflicts is relevant as never before and used in practice today.

Young writer Guzel Yakhina named "An example of the Year". In 2015 she won the Russian literary world with her debut novel "Zuleiha opens her eyes". In the nomination "Man-leader" the general director of JSC "Kazan GiproNIIaviaprom" Boris Tikhomirov has won, who aims to meet the challenges to modernize the country's industry. By projects of Boris Tikhomirov many public facilities, residential and industrial use were built in Kazan.

In addition to the bright numbers of the concert program, performed by professional artists and creative groups, at the end of the ceremony a pleasant surprise waited for participants - the most talented deputies of city Duma congratulated women, they prepared for them a singing number.

Traditional Republican contest "Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: Women's Vision" is held in Tatarstan since 1998. Traditionally, the competition involves women from all the towns and districts of the republic. After a few years of the contest "Woman of the Year" an initiative of awarding men with public award was made, so that it would be possible to celebrate the male representatives of various professions who take part in charitable activities, actively involved in educating the younger generation and support orphans. So, with the advent of a new category, the competition got the name  "Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: Women's Vision".
