Meeting with representatives of the deceived investors was held in Kazan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, 26 February). Meeting on issues of completing construction of problematic housing units was held today by President of Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The event was held at the House of RT Government. The meeting was attended by representatives of defrauded investors of companies "Fon" and "Sway", Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeyev, representatives of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Interior in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov, opening the meeting, noted that the problem of defrauded real estate investors is under special control in the republic. He said that the meeting with the representatives of the shareholders will continue.

A report on the current situation in Kazan was made by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. He, in particular, designated the construction in progress in the capital of the republic. This is high-rise buildings at the streets Bekhterev, Krasnokokshayskaya - Baroudi, Chetaev, Amirhan, Dostoevsky.

Ilsur Metshin said that after inspection of house at Dostoyevsky Street (the company "Sway") significant violations of building were identified that affect the security, and it the continuation of the construction was denied. The residential complex "Golden Mean" has exceeded the stated number of stores of the object, at present examination is underway. Kazan Mayor also reported on the situation with problem houses in the residential complexes "Symphony", "Youth", "MES".

Representatives of the City Hall hold weekly meetings with real estate investors to defuse tensions. According to the head of the city, the main task today is search of assets to continue the construction, as there are no funds for the completion of houses.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that today it is necessary to control the situation with the passing of funds allocated for the completion of construction of problem objects. "It is important to know where every ruble goes, - he said. - It is necessary to make the scheme of flow of funds and how these funds are spent transparent”.

The head of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeyev made a report on the situation in his city. He called the two troubled companies - "Fon" and "Himstroy".

 The representative of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Tatatrstan said that the problem of defrauded investors is relevant across the country today. He spoke about the actions taken against citizen Aitov. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to intensify work in search of the assets and to identify accomplices of Aitov.
