Ilsur Metshin visited the capitally renovated kindergarten №316 in the Sovietsky district of Kazan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, February 16, Kseniya Shvetsova). Today the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited renovated kindergarten №316 in the Sovietsky district of the city. A total over 30 million rubles has been spent at the program of renovation of buildings of pre-school to make overhaul here, additional 4 million 900 thousand rubles were allocated from the city budget to update the material and technical base. The Mayor visited the renovated building and talked with teachers.

227 children study in kindergarten №316. 6 speech therapy groups work on the basis of the institution, in which 98 children are brought up. The building of the kindergarten, which was built in 1973, has needed to be updated long. Repairs started at the beginning of March last year. How the head of the institution Antonina Zahmatova told, during the overhaul sunshades were constructed, soft roof was replaced, facade was painted, 10 entrances and 113 interior doors were replaced. "We paid special attention to the safety of children - A.Zahmatova said. - During the overhaul re-fighting equipment was completely renovated in the building of the kindergarten, the video surveillance was installed at the territory". In addition, electrical, water supply, storm water drain was updated as part of the overhaul in the establishment.

The teachers of the kindergarten thanked the Mayor for his attention to preschools and asked not to stop the work. "Your kindergarten was one of the first to have fallen into the program of overhaul. Thanks our President despite all the difficulties, we can continue this work, - I. Metshin said. - This year we will complete repairs of Kazan schools over 30 years old, and will also continue to carry out the repair of pre-school institutions".

I. Metshin also appealed to young teachers and encouraged them to actively participate in the life of the city. He reminded the teachers that in Kazan the development of the Strategy of socio-economic development of the city until 2030 started, and noted that the participation of every citizen in this work will be of great importance. "When the fire is burning - sparks fly, but nothing can ignite by one spark. Only when we all make an effort, we will change the city for the better, - said I. Metshin. - If each of you does not want to think about what city you, your children and grandchildren want to live, the good result would be achieved extremely difficultly. Absolutely everyone in the city - kindergarten teachers, professors, businessmen - must work together. All the tasks that we set ourselves in the 2000s, and which seemed to us impracticable, we have decided by 2015. We really need the help of the citizens, and we want to hear your ideas, suggestions and proposals".

Recall Strategy for development of the city is a policy document which aims to identify the main problems of the capital of Tatarstan for the next 15 years. All citizens can take part in the drafting of the document.

The inspection of the building of the kindergarten was also attended by Deputy Head of the Executive Committee on Social Affairs Natalia Grechannikova and head of the Sovietsky district Rustem Gafarov. Total program of overhaul of Kazan educational institutions in 2016 includes repair of 3 buildings of preschool institutions amounting to more than 87.5 million rubles.
