Ilsur Metshin crossed sticks with participants of "Golden Puck"

(Kazan City KZN.RU, January 29, Anton Nozdrin). Young athletes - participants of the tournament "Golden Puck" - held a friendly match at the Ice Palace "Zilant" today. Mayor Ilsur Metshin, head of administration of Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts Damir Fattakhov, head of the administration of the Sovietsky district Rustem Gafarov, the masters of sports of the USSR, veterans of Kazan hockey club "Ak Bars" Rafik Yakubov, Andrei Pisarev and Ravil Fazleyev came on the ice together with the guys.

Teams tried to show the combination play from the start of the match. "Adult" participants of the match helped the students. Thanks to the active actions of the attacking team in green uniform, in which Mayor of Kazan participated, has thrown a few goals in the first period. Later, however, the players in white outfit aligned position and catch up with rivals. The match was very productive: both teams scored 9 goals. The final siren has recorded a score of 9: 9.

Member of the match Daniel Pyzhov noted that he liked the game. "It was very interesting. It is difficult to play with professional hockey veterans, but skill is increasing next to them,"- the young sportsman said. Ice hockey player said that the participation of the Mayor of Kazan in the match motivates strongly.

All-Russian competition of young hockey players on the club prize "Golden Puck" named after A.V.Tarasov is an annual hockey tournament. This year more than 100 teams of schools of Kazan participated in it, 24 of them reached the final stage - winners of district stages in their age categories (born in 2005-2006, 2003-2004, 2001-2002). Participants will play in groups, the results of which will reveal draw of the finalists in each age group. These teams will participate in the republican tournament "Golden Puck", which will be held in Mamadysh, Chistopol and Zainsk.
