“President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov set tight deadlines of the programme implementation – all kindergartens have to be put into operation before November 30. All conditions have been made for its realization as money is allocated in time and in full”, Ilsur Metshin noted.
It is worth noting that all kindergartens are built in the micro districts where young families live.
