New head in Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts
(KZN.RU, April 8). Andrey Lobov headed the administration of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts.
Earlier he was Head of the Department of Staff Affairs of the Executive Committee of Kazan. The decision was upheld by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin introduced a new Head of district administration.
“This man is well known in our city. Andrey Lobov educated many heads during his 7 years' work in Sovetsky district, and solved a lot of pressing problems being Head of the Department of Staff Affairs”, Ilsur Metshin said.
A former head Ravil Karimov was assigned as the Deputy of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing.
