During this period special attention in the various institutions of the city will be given to the people with disabilities. Mayor Ilsur Metshin instructed to continue systematically, daily work with people with disabilities throughout the year and to make Kazan as comfortable as possible for people with disabilities at the last business Monday.

All the heads of districts and heads of enterprises should pay attention to the questions of accessible environment and work them through". He also noted that many problems associated with the organization of an accessible environment and living conditions for people with disabilities is solved with the initiative of active citizens - representatives of various public organizations. Many of the activities that will take place in the decade of disabled persons have also been developed with their participation.
