II session of the Kazan City Duma will be held October 28

(Kazan City KZN.RU, October 20, Adelia Galieva). II session of the Kazan City Duma of the third convocation will be held on October 28 in the City Hall. The beginning of the session is scheduled for 10.00. The decision was taken today at a meeting of the Presidium of the Kazan City Duma, chaired by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. The meeting was attended by 10 of 13 members of the Duma, consisting the quorum for decision-making.

According to the decision of the Presidium of the Kazan City Duma, at the forthcoming session deputies will consider 13 issues, of which one is scheduled, and the rest are submitted for consideration by the Executive Committee of the city and the Standing Committee on Law, Order and Local Government:

On the squares and parks of the city of Kazan;

On Amendments to the decision of the Kazan City Duma "On the budget of the municipality of the city of Kazan in 2015 and the planned period 2016 and 2017";

On Amendments to the decision of the Kazan City Duma "On the budget process in the municipalities of Kazan city";

On Amendments to the decision of the Kazan City Duma "On the forecast plan (program) of privatization of municipal property in the city of Kazan 2014-2016";

On the changes of the boundaries of the municipality of the city of Kazan;

On Amendments to the decision of the Kazan City Duma "On the order of organization of territorial self-government in the city of Kazan”';

On Amendments to the decision of the Kazan City Duma "On the procedure for organizing and conducting public hearings in the city of Kazan”';

Proposals of candidates for appointment to the territorial election commissions of the districts of city Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan;

On concerning the annulment of the decisions of the Kazan City Duma;

At the first meeting of the Presidium of Kazan City Duma of the third convocation deputies assigned local issues between the commissions. "We dispensed questions on seven standing committees that no issue remained out of sight of Kazan City Duma," - Secretary of Kazan City Duma Lyudmila Andreeva said.

Also at the meeting a schedule of reception of citizens by the deputies in the constituencies was adopted. Ilsur Metshin stressed that deputies need to hold meetings with the population in the near future. "Personal reception of citizens is our duty. This should be the rule for all the deputies, "- said the Mayor. In the near future the schedule will be published in the media and on the official website of the local government of the city of Kazan kzn.ru.

Participants of the meeting adopted a plan of actions to implement the proposals of the President, which were contained in his address to the State Council of Tatarstan for 2016. Priorities and objectives in the work of local government are noted in the plan.
