(Kazan City KZN.RU, October 19, Adelia Galieva). Works on laying the lawn are almost completed at the stadium "Kazan Arena". According to UEFA demands, to hold November 5 the prestigious match of Europe League of the group stage between Kazan "Rubin" and the British "Liverpool" on the field, the stadium must undergo a sort of test drive - a regular game of professional football league. Mayor Ilsur Metshin inspected its readiness to the test match.

This summer at the stadium "Kazan Arena" temporary structures were installed for the competition of the world championship in water sports. Today the stadium is actively preparing for return of the "football" status - here the dismantling of temporary spectator stands and restoring of the permanent is in process. Also builders dismantled the metal structure of canopy, and experts of the Dutch company «Queens grass» started to prepare the field and lay the lawn.

Ilsur Metshin asked a specialist of the company «Queens grass» Steven Rinksa how long the lawn may need to "settle down" in the field. Dutchman assured the Mayor that works on laying the grass is almost complete. "And after laying within 3 days you can play," - said the expert. He also noted that works at the "Kazan Arena" are almost in the same way as in other major stadiums of the world's football teams, where he had to work, for example, on the home field of the club "Manchester United" "Old Trafford" which can welcome more than 75 thousand spectators.

After the Mayor inspected the sports facility, he discussed operational issues with the administration of the stadium, the heads of contracting organizations and leaders of the Executive Committee, who oversees the preparation of the stadium for the match. "At the request of UEFA, after the World Cup took place, we have to hold the match of professional football league at the stadium. That is, before the meeting with the "Liverpool" it is necessary to conduct some sort of examine, but with a real game. October 26 here "Neftekhimik" will play with the Nizhny Novgorod team. This means that everything has to be ready before October 25, "- Mayor of Kazan clearly identified targets and terms.

The first deputy head of the Executive Committee on urban policy Azat Nigmatzyanov reported about how solution of building problems is going at the stadium. He noted that all the works are on schedule. For example, the preparation of media is planned to be completed by October 21. According to the contractor, the deputy general director of LLC "PSO Kazan" Murat Tazetdinov, the team works on the subject, and no doubt, that everything will be done in time.

In addition to questions of construction, there are many other requirements to the conditions of the match. So, broadcast of the game should be provided as well as the presence of at least 15 thousand spectators. "In test match we have to try everything. We conduct the game not only in order to try out the lawn, but also to test all of the services - work with the fans  and working with the media, "- Deputy Head of the Executive Committee for Economic Development Ivan Kuznetsov said.

"We have a protocol of UEFA, in which there is no item that is insignificant. Every comma, any point undone makes the conduct of the match doubtful. Therefore, all questions should be included in the agenda", - I. Metshin instructed. - "Much work has already been done. The quality of the lawn is good. Everything is ready to victories of "Rubin" at "Kazan Arena" - Mayor expressed the hope of all Kazan residents and called on all services to activate to prepare the stadium on time.
