Patching started in Kazan last night
(KZN.RU, March 21). This year patching will be held on 83 thousand square meters of road. Alexander Lobov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Improvements and Housing Maintenance and Utilities informed that 49.6 million rubles were allocated for these aims.
“The fact that contractors are to guarantee the quality of work is good, however the heads control is also necessary. Not to let road builders work in snow and rain, and to make them observe the process”, Ilsur Metshin noted.
Mayor also encharged heads of districts to gather all contractors involved in patching to show a good work. “These are money of taxpayers and their spending and quality of work must be controlled tightly”, Mayor summed up.
According to Alexander Lobov the main patching work will be carried out at night. In the afternoon they will prepare parts of roads for patching.
It is worth noting that helpline will work in the Improvements Committee. “Everyone can call 292-80-76 and let us know where patching is carried out unsatisfactory or where it isn’t made at all”, Alexander Lobov stated. Moreover the list of streets where patching is held, will be published on Mayor’s portal.
