Directors of Kazan schools go on contract system
(KZN.RU, March 21, Taisiya Basharkina). In next educational year directors of Kazan schools will go on a contract system. Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan announced about it today at Business Monday.
An employment contract will be signed on a voluntary basis and will be used for an encouragement and a supporting of the director’s status but on no account a mean of his dismissal. “If the decision to dismiss has been made everyone should know about it”, Mayor underlined.
Suggestions on contract elaboration for directors will be prepared till April 15 of the year.
