"Harlequin" opened its doors today in the Sovietsky district of Kazan.
The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin congratulated kids, their parents and teachers
with housewarming.
The head of
the city sincerely congratulated all those present on the occasion. "We
rejoice with you to the opening of a new kindergarten. Their lack was once a
big problem, but now it is already becoming history, "- said I. Metshin.
He expressed his gratitude to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam
Minnikhanov for his attention on pre-school education.
Kindergarten
№146 of combined type "Harlequin" is located at st. Gali Dinmuhametov,
4b. It is designed for 220 children who will study in 11 groups. The area near
the preschool is landscaped; here are the playgrounds and a variety of small
architectural forms. In the kindergarten there are musical, dance and gymnastic
halls, sensory room and other facilities.
According
to the head of the kindergarten Galina Zhuravleva, a priority of the kindergarten
will be artistic and aesthetic education of children. The kindergarten is
planned to hold classes in acting, public speaking, rhythm and plastic, dance,
breathing exercises, and foreign languages. Teachers with theater education and
knowing of French, Arabic, English and German will give the lessons.
Ilsur
Metshin examined the landscaped area, working space and facilities of the kindergarten.
In addition, the Mayor visited the lessons of English and physical education,
where he talked with the children and learned, whether they like the new
kindergarten, as well as became the audience of a mini-performance
"Speckled Hen".
In honor of
the opening in the pre-school a concert where the children were able to
demonstrate their creative skills was organized. Guests of the festival saw the
"Swan Lake" performed by young dancers, circus and other vocal and
dance numbers.

Metshin noted that the new preschool assembled a great team and very talented
students. "The best thing we have is our children. We love them very much
and are doing everything to ensure that they grow up healthy and happy. It is
important for kids from three years old, and even younger, were able to realize
themselves. Children who express themselves well on stage, in the future, will
have no fear", - said I. Metshin.
The Mayor wished
the children to grow up healthy, happy and to please their parents and wished kindergarten
teachers success in their work. Finally, the Mayor of Kazan presented the kids a
cake and a certificate for the purchase of musical equipment and sports
equipment for the kindergarten.
